Reds, Whites, & Brews and food trucks too!
July 13 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Second Monday Trade Days Grounds/Bowie Community Center
You are cordially invited to be a part of our first ever Reds, Whites, & Brews and food trucks too! event happening on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the Bowie Second Monday Grounds in Bowie, Texas. The day will be full of fun and festivities sponsored by Bowie Community Development and Parks Department.
There will be vendors from all across the area, with a focus on local wineries and breweries giving guests that taste they have been searching for that is right here in our own backyard. Save this date!
The evening will host an indoor concert series with local artist Monty Dawson, opener Jamie Richards and leading artist Phil Hamilton. Jamie Richards just topped the Texas Music Chart. This is his third single from his “Latest and Greatest” album. He prides himself and his music in defining a good country boy’s life, bringing back the Texas Country two-step. Phil Hamilton has been a staple in the Texas music scene for over seven years. His record Renegade Rock N’ Roll had three number one hits. His latest release is “Brazos Wind.” It tells his story with each soul-stirring song.
The Lone Star Garden Tractor Pullers Association will be hosting a lawn mower pull contest at 10 a.m. and there will also be a fun corn hole tournament too.
What’s different about our newest food truck festival? We are offering our first 25 registrations a prime location – we have a covered shaded pavilion, seating for patrons, beautiful park and trees, graveled parking lot, awards, friendly atmosphere, indoor community center, concert series, real restrooms, and convenient location close to Highway 287/81. It will be located at 413 Pelham Street, Bowie, Texas 76230.
